Users may NOT use the Service to:

• Generate, deploy, or distribute malware for malicious use
• Engage in hacking, cracking, phishing, exploitation, fraud, or cybercrime
• Attempt to compromise networks, services, or platforms not explicitly permitted
• Train the Service using illicit or proprietary data that you are not authorized to use
• Violate export control laws (including ITAR, EAR, or OFAC restrictions)

Any prohibited use will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

6. User Responsibility & Liability

You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for all actions performed using your account
• Chat.exploit.bot does not monitor or verify authorization for your security tests
• You accept full legal liability for your use of the Service

The Company shall not be liable for unauthorized use by Users.

7. Intellectual Property

All model outputs, algorithms, documentation, and tools provided by the Service remain the exclusive property of Chat Exploit Bot LLC unless otherwise stated.

Users may not:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the Service
• Attempt to extract model weights or bypass usage controls

8. Service Availability & Changes

We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time without notice.

We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or completeness of results
• That outputs will be secure, safe, or error-free
• That automated findings are exploitable or valid

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chat Exploit Bot LLC shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from your use or misuse of the Service
• Direct or indirect damages
• Legal consequences arising from unauthorized security testing

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.
